Work alongside influencers and celebrities, leveraging our number one Apple podcast show “Right About Now” as the foundation of our growth. We are looking for a highly organized and creative Account Executive to join our growing podcast network, The Radcast Network. This role involves handling account coordination for new shows, supporting our clients, and helping to expand the network’s presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, forward-thinking, social media savvy, and eager to work in the dynamic world of podcasting. Your primary job is spreading the word and excitement about the podcast network. Public relations, social media, and content generation are your favorite tools. Details and customer service come naturally. Your middle name is “surprise and delight.”

This is a salaried position with a range of $45,000.00 – $54,883.00 per year.

Key Job Duties:

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate accounts for new shows on The Radcast Network, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow the network’s presence and engage listeners.
  • Manage relationships with network clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have the support required.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to clients for improving show performance.
  • Assist in marketing the network, including content development, social media campaigns, and brand promotion.
  • Plan and execute an outbound marketing strategy to grow the network’s reach.
  • Refine brand messaging and positioning to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Schedule virtual and in-person meet-ups for clients to foster community and collaboration.
  • Write and design a weekly newsletter for the network to keep audiences informed and engaged.
  • Embrace our YouTube partners to drive video growth and enhance our multimedia presence.
  • Understand production needs and collaborate with production teams to ensure high-quality show delivery.

  • Proven experience in account management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset, with experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present insights effectively.
